We thought Chicken Feet with Pickled Pepper, the widely popular Sichuan-style snack across China, was a traditional local food. However, it was actually developed by Lan Guijun, the chef of the first Michelin-Starred Restaurant of Sichuan Cuisine Yu Zhi Lan. Recently Mr.Lan paid a visit to Shanghai and we learned the secret recipe from him.
