Allah s.w.t. didn't give him the blessing of seeing but He gave him an amazing and really astonishing voice. Sheikh Ramadan had his own method of reciting that sounds similar to Mustafa Ismail's method. They even say that he was the one who first recited in Maqam Kurd (Asar Kurd).
