Rana is like an altered version of Raze with certain stats slightly improving while others slightly downgrading compared to Raze.

My plan for unlocking Neon, the last Bike, was to use every vehicle (except Roach since it's not a regular Bike) in order until I was successful. Any Bike I failed on, I will go to the next bike.
|
That's why you see my first failed attempt in trying to win Extreme Contest with Raze. I didn't even get past the first race (LOL)! I did wanted to show what happens when you don't get enough points so that's why I didn't cut that part out of this video.

Afterwards you see the next Bike in line, Rana, which surprised me. I thought it was gonna be Khan or Grimace that would give me my first victory to give me Neon since those two are considered the good regular Bikes.

This victory with Rana gave me the idea to start trying to win Extreme Contest on Meltdown with every Bike.
|
By the way, that message about being good enough to come first in every race means the last reward is an unlockable course. I eventually do achieve this reward in one of my vehicle showcase for Meltdown Extreme Contest which will eventually be uploaded.

NOTE: If you're going to play this on N64NSO, please save by using Suspend Points. This game back then used Memory Packs for saving. Obviously N64NSO can't use that on Switch so your alternative is by Suspend Points. If you don't, everything that you may have unlocked will be reset when you boot up the game again.
