One of the greatest practitioners of Yoshinkan Aikido, Chida Sensei performs at the 50th All Japan Enbu in Tokyo, Japan. I was lucky enough to be in Tokyo to see this demonstration in 2005 and would start my Senshusei journey the year after.

Arguably one of the toughest martial arts courses in the world and described as 11 months of hell, the international Yoshinkan Aikido Senshusei course is the subject of the book – Suck It Up Or Go Home – A True Story About The Courage To Stand Up, Keep Going And Never Give In!
