Mr Wiltshire inadvertently failed to update the service user's subject access request infringed Article 16 of the GDPR 2018 and Section 165 under the Data Protection Act 2018.

Mr Wiltshire operated being unregulated in his job inadvertently failed to follow procedures and the regulations breached the service user's subject access request on Article 16 of the GDPR 2018 and Section 165 under the Data Protection Act 2018 this includes subject access corruption and staff corruption in this respect by in his failure not following the procedures.
