Hef, the IT guy teaches viewers how to utilize a custom Google Map to design and plan your vacant lot for a small RV park, campground, 2bd apartment, campground office and RV shop prior to closing or shortly after. The tools in this tutorial can also be utilized to plan all sorts of real estate projects including rv parks, campgrounds, additions, garages, placement of your house. He shows what he did for Linden Camp Phase I, an RV park located in Middle Tennessee using a variety of tools and techniques including custom google maps, Google Photos with location services enabled, the plat provided by the seller Tennessee Land and Lakes and finally the chances of flooding by analyzing the Google topo maps. #comettroy Troy addresses a concerned neighbor's flooding concerns using a google topology map. Although Hef does give a brief overview of the general functioning of Custom Google Maps, this is not a complete tutorial.
