How relevant is diversity and inclusion in the job market today? In this episode, Kobi Ampoma shares with me his perspectives on the role of diversity in the talent acquisition process. Kobi is a Netherlands-based human resource professional with almost 20 years of experience. He is the owner & director of JNL Recruitment and a strong believer in diversity & inclusion. In this sense, a key element in Kobi’s work is supporting companies with recruitment efforts with diversity-focused hiring.

Besides founding JNL Recruitment, Kobi is Talent Acquisition Lead at Otrium, an online fashion outlet marketplace featuring designer stores on one app. Mr Kobi has also served as Head of Talent Acquisition at Travix International and at similar roles with companies serving clients within Europe and around the world.
