The Silvertone ~ B XII, a floor model is a lift-top mahogany cabinet, with complete scrollwork speaker grill above the two-door record storage area.

Sears registered Silvertone as a trademark in late 1915 and was granted in early 1916, with their first models appearing in their Spring 1916 catalog.
