London Mayoral Candidate Stephen Greenhalgh explains his pledge on transport for the capital.

Mr Greenhalgh, the current Deputy Mayor of Policing and Crime, is seeking the Conservative nomination to succeed Boris Johnson in 2016.

His priorities will be grouped under three main themes:
Increasing public safety – including boosting frontline policing, making London safer online, and improving emergency services.
Cheaper public transport – including reducing tube and bus fares year on year, increasing airport capacity, and tackling congestion on London’s roads.
Greater growth – including producing affordable homes for those who keep the city running and regenerating London's most deprived areas.
