Can I Save It?? Attempt to Rescue a Money Tree (Pachira Aquatica)

Trying to save this Money Tree. It didn't look too good when I received it...but now a month had past it look even worst. My fault for not trying to repot it sooner. So this is my attempt to try to save this little guy.
