India bloc MPs are set to continue their protest in Parliament against the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) exercise in Bihar. The demonstration is scheduled for 10:30 am, marking another day of opposition against the electoral roll revision ahead of the state's assembly polls. The protests in the preceding two days were led by Rahul Gandhi, Priyanka Gandhi Wadra, and Akhilesh Yadav. This protest comes even as Parliament is scheduled for a second day of discussion on Operation Sindoor. Leader of Opposition Rahul Gandhi has stated that while the matter may not be in the government's purview, "there has to be a discussion on the issue because this is something that is concerning the entire country right now." The opposition intends to maintain pressure on the government, signalling that parliamentary business could be affected unless their demand for a discussion on SIR is met.
