Econstruct Design and Build Private Limited is an engineering consultancy, construction, and corporate training company located in Bangalore. Since 2010, our founder, Mr. Sandeep Pingale, has worked in Dubai and designed structures up to G+81 stories. Our company offers an ON-THE-JOB Training program for Civil and Structural Engineers, wherein they can experience the company environment and work on real projects alongside our team.

The Funda is simple: They come when the office opens and leave when the office closes. Trainees spend 8 to 9 hours in an ON-THE-JOB Training environment and work on projects from start to finish, collaborating in teams and meeting deadlines.

They work on RCC and other types of projects from India and abroad, gaining real work experience and understanding critical thinking, problem-solving, and time management skills. Alongside this, they learn how to create technical reports and presentations. This equips them for the industry with both hard skills and soft skills.
