Chalisgaon: A city with lives without water

Chalisgaon, as the name says….its a city with 40 gaon. Located in the Jalgaon district in the Khandesh region of Maharastra, faces extreme scarcity of water in the summers….whereas throughout the other seasons, it manages to get good amount of rainfall, but the rainwater harvesting options stands quite less which results in less availability of water in the harsh summer with 42°C temperature.

Got an opportunity to visit the lovely place….shoot and show the actual problems across the city and small villages
