This is my full show day vlog from PCA Manchester on 7th September. From backstage moments to stepping on stage, I wanted to capture the real experience of what a bodybuilding show day feels like.

My peak week went perfectly, and I was able to bring my best condition yet to the stage. The physique, the mindset, and the prep all came together on this day, and I’m proud to share the journey with you all.

A huge shoutout to my coach @ewanrodger – he put together the perfect plan of action and executed every decision with pinpoint accuracy, no second thought or hesitation. His support, guidance, and attention on the day allowed me to stay calm, focused, and stress free, knowing everything was taken care of.
