Pease Pudding and Stottie Cakes

Pease pudding used to be common all over England but these days it's really only found in Northeast England, North Yorkshire and maybe north Lancashire. But it's very easy to make your own, so fret not. Pease pudding is basically what you get when you boil yellow split peas down to a mush.
