Swing is the music we dance to, and, some would say, it's the dance we do. To swing is one of the most important things we can do as Lindy Hoppers. Here are a few of my thoughts on where swing came from, how to visualize it, and how to put it into your dancing via your triple steps. I hope it's helpful!
