The demolition of the former TVW Channel Seven studios in Dianella commenced in earnest on Tuesday 28th April 2015 when the Front Office portion of the building came tumbling down.

The task is being undertaken by Brajkovich Demolition and salvage, who also handled the demolition of the Perth Entertainment Centre and former ABW Channel 2 Studios in Perth.

On the day, this latest job included removing the former TVW Accounts area, the executive suite, including the boardroom, the former office of Sir James Cruthers, the inaugural General Manager and later Managing Director, and the theatrette.

Since the rezoning of the land, we could see a minimum of 110 dwellings on this historic 7.3ha site.
