Authorities will update to the public Thursday afternoon about a shooting that left three law enforcement officers dead and two others injured in North Codorus Township.

District Attorney Tim Barker and Pennsylvania State Police are scheduled to provide more details from the initial investigation around 3 p.m. Thursday at the Northern York County Regional Police Department.

The shooting happened Wednesday evening as officers were serving a warrant at a North Codorus Township home, authorities said.
