As believers we are/were saved to save others. But after salvation some believers find it hard to walk up to unbelievers to preach the good news they have received.

Immediately after Salvation: There can be two sets of believers -

1. The ones that find it hard to walk up to unbelievers (due to fear and other reasons) and still do even after 2 years as a believer.

2. The ones that are zealous of the new life they've received, eager to preach the gospel and are doing so but are unwilling to grow and come up hither.
