My niece’s favorite dessert from my mom’s kitchen was mandarin orange pies. My mom never allowed anyone in her kitchen or ever tried to teach us how to cook her recipes. I always thought making the pies was extremely complicated. When my niece came for a visit a couple of years ago we decided to make one and found out they were extremely easy to make. Sometimes we turn our hopes and dreams into impossibilities. With God’s help we can always accomplish whatever is in front of us to do to make our lives more loving and joyful.
