কাঁচা আমের প্লাস্টিক চাটনি | অল্প উপকরণে বানান শেষ পাতে খাওয়ার জন্য | Kacha aamer Plastic Chutney

Ingredients:
1. Green mango : 4 nos
Take a kadai and add :
2. Water : Adequate amount
3. Salt : Small amount
Add the mango and boil for 2 to 3 mins on high flame. Off the flame and add water.
Take a kadai and add :
4. Water : 1 and 1/2 cup
5. Candy sugar : 150 gm
Let them melt and add the boiled mango, boil for 3 mins.
6. Salt : less than 1/2 tsp
7. Raisins : 12 nos
8. Split cashew : 12 nos
9. Chilli flex : Small amount
Off the flame and add
10. Lime juice : 1 whole
Mix well. You are done. Enjoy.
