Chicken Tikka Masala recipe:
All you need 💕
500 Gram Chicken (boneless)
FOR MARINATION: (2 TBSP Dahi, 1 TBSP Ginger garlic chilli paste, 1 TSP lemon juice, 2 TBSP Kashmiri chilli powder, 1 TSP haldi powder, 1 TSP garam masala, 1 TSP dhaniya powder, 1 TSP chaat masala, 1 TBSP Chicken masala, salt to taste, 2 TBSP mustard Oil)
Mix the Chicken with all the above mentioned ingredients and let it marinate for minimum 1 hour then pan fry the chicken tikka.
FOR GRAVY BASE: (2 TBSP Oil, 1 Big Onion, 10-12 Garlic cloves, 1&1/2 inch Ginger, 10-12 Cashews, 2 Big Tomatoes, 1 TSP turmeric powder and salt)
WHOLE GARAM MASALA: (3-4 Kashmiri red Chilli, 1 star Anise, 10-12 black pepper, 3-4 green cardamom, 1 Cinnamon stick, 1 TBSP Jeera, 2 Tez patta)
Saute all the above ingredients until soft and mushy then cool it down and blend into fine paste.
FINAL GRAVY: (Oil, finely chopped Garlic, finely chopped onion, chopped coriander stems, ginger Juliennes , Marination masala, base gravy, salt, green Chillies, kashmiri red chilli powder) Cook everything together then add hot water to adjust consistency cook on low flame for 10 mins, at the end add 1 TSP garam masala and chopped coriander leaves and the Gravy is done.
For Naan Dough: 2 Cups Maida, 1 TSP salt, 2 TBSP Dahi 1 TBSP Oil and water.. combine everything together and knead a soft dough.
