Sean joined Menkes Developments in 2014. He manages a portfolio of 4.5 million square feet of office and retail space in Toronto, including new office and mixed-use developments. His recently completed projects include two new state of the art office buildings, 100 Queens Quay East and the Waterfront Innovation Centre, as well as the renovation of 320 Bay Street.
