Описание к видео MYOB Advanced Training - CRM - Managing Pre-sales, Leads & Contacts

In this video, we will go over the Marketing module. We will add a Lead and then manage this through the pre-sales cycle. Training for Sales Order processing will be covered in the Sales Order training session.

As MYOB Advanced is highly configurable and different editions have different features, the features and processes shown may differ for your business. Please refer to your Business Partner for details on any customisations they may have included in your implementation.

Leads & Contacts

A lead represents a potential customer. If a lead contacts our company they are usually ready to buy goods or services.  It’s up to us to convince them our business has what they need. MYOB Advanced provides tools that can be used by sales teams for effective lead management.

Lead Classes

In your system, your Business Partner would have configured your Contact & Lead Classes (CR207000), with a Lead Class of LEAD – Classified Lead.  A class is a group of records, such as leads, opportunities, customers, or cases, that shares at least one common characteristic.

Attributes

In MYOB Advanced, you define attributes to classify leads, opportunities, customers, and cases for your business. An attribute is some information (e.g.; industry, company size, interested in) that gives your company information that may be helpful now or in the future.

For each class, you can define a list of attributes about leads, contacts, opportunities and/or customers. Attributes are setup in the Configuration suite and are available system wide.

Management of attributes is outside the scope of your training. If you would like more information, please review the Help files or contact your Business Partner.
