A missile attack has been launched on Russia's Rostov region, Russian Telegram channels reported. Ukrainian missiles are said to have targeted a metallurgical plant in the city of Taganrog, which produces pipes for the oil industry. As a result of the strike, an explosion and fire occurred in the factory area. No casualties are reported. The provincial administration said that more than ten rockets were fired. The air defense system was activated and the missiles were shot down.
