In this video, I talk about my time at Stanford University this summer. This summer I was a part of the SURF program aimed at underrepresented minorities interested in attending Stanford Engineering for graduate school. I am currently planning on pursuing a PhD in Aerospace Engineering, hopefully at Stanford. I am a current senior at (MIT) the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. There I was able to expand my network and make lifelong connections that may lead to more opportunities down the road. I talk about the opportunities that presented themselves to me and the path I took to get to certain places that I am now. I talk about my summer research project, but I also get personal and talk about how important I think it is to make these lasting connections.
