Using 100% Drugstore Cruelty Free Makeup... or is it?

I've gotten a ton of requests to do a video dedicated to cruelty free drugstore makeup. The truth is, a lot of products I talk about regularly are cruelty free! However, there is a lot of gray area around that label, and some people interpret it differently than others.
