✨ Kadipatta Chutney Recipe | Curry Leaves Chutney | Healthy Marathi Style
🥬 Ingredients (साहित्य):
Curry leaves (कढीपत्ता)
1½ tsp mustard seeds (मोहरी)
1 tsp cumin seeds (जिरे)
4 to 5 dry red chillies (सुक्या लाल मिरच्या)
2 tsp urad dal (उडीद डाळ)
2 tsp chana dal (हरभरा डाळ)
1½ tsp coriander powder (धने पावडर)
Turmeric powder as per taste (हळद चवीनुसार)
Salt as per taste (मीठ चवीनुसार)
A pinch of hing (हिंग चिमूटभर)
2 tsp oil (तेल)

🔥 Steps (कृती):
English:
Take oil in a pan. Once it becomes warm, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, urad dal, chana dal, and dry red chillies.
Roast them for 3–4 minutes till golden.
Then add curry leaves and roast for another 4–5 minutes on low flame.
Add coriander powder, turmeric powder, salt, and hing. Roast again for 2 minutes.
Let it cool completely and then grind into a coarse powder in a mixer.
Your tasty and healthy Kadipatta Chutney is ready to serve! 🌿
Marathi:
पॅनमध्ये तेल गरम करून त्यात मोहरी, जिरे, उडीद डाळ, हरभरा डाळ आणि सुक्या लाल मिरच्या टाकून ३–४ मिनिटं परतून घ्या.
नंतर त्यात कढीपत्ता घालून अजून ४–५ मिनिटं मंद आचेवर परता.
मग त्यात धने पावडर, हळद, मीठ आणि हिंग घालून २ मिनिटं परता.
सगळं मिश्रण थंड झाल्यावर मिक्सरमध्ये बारीक करून घ्या.
झाली तयार स्वादिष्ट आणि पौष्टिक कढीपत्ता चटणी! 🌿
