How to set up amazon selling account

In this video I go over exactly how to set up you Amazon Seller Central Account. In this tutorial you will need the following:

Credit Card (professional account it $39.99, and individual account is free)
Phone number
A bank account
Address
For Identity verification you will need your driver's license

But Romer, do I need a professional account to sell products on Amazon? What's the difference between a professional vs an individual account? The answer is simple...

A professional account allows you to use third party apps. Third party apps are software's that help you find products, reprice inventory, or any other apps that help you as a business owner selling Amazon. Eventually, you will need some type of third party app.

Also professional accounts cost $39.99 a month, but they do not charge you $1 fee for each item that sells. Individual (free) accounts do charge a $1 fee. So if you are selling over 40 items a month, you are actually saving month with a pro account.

A pro account also allows you to view helpful business reports. If you are serious about selling on Amazon I highly recommend a professional account!

Pro tip! Make sure all your documents are clear and easy to read. Starting out, it is not humans looking at your documents, computers are. If your documents are blurry this will delay the process significantly.

Also check your emails as Amazon may require more info. You don't want to miss an important email!
