美式手抓海鲜，俗称Cajun Seafood Boil，是美国南方，尤其是路易斯安那州的最有名的海鲜吃法。相对于华人吃小龙虾的重油重料，美国的做法更为豪放，总结起来就是：一锅炖。

土豆500g，青口1000g，雪蟹腿1000g，去头大虾500g，小龙虾1000g，波兰香肠500g，玉米3个，柠檬2个，柠檬汁60g，美式海鲜粉90g，辣椒粉20g，雪花盐20g，大蒜3头，黄油230g，水3.5升
