Spandana is the Founder of ZoEasy, an award-winning social enterprise that matches blue-collar job seekers with ethical employment opportunities. The focus is on sustainable job creation at fair wages and reducing inequalities via technology and government / skill development partnerships.

Spandana has established 20+ partnerships with a variety of stakeholders including State Governments, youth organisations such as One Young World, World Economic Forum Global Shapers, UN SDSN, and has raised funding from the likes of Credit Suisse via the UN Lead2030 Program and Expo 2020 Dubai. She has also won several awards including Forbes 30 Under 30 and the Enterprise for Peace Scholarship by the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and has been featured by prominent platforms such as the World Economic Forum (WEF) and Financial Times.

Outside of work, she has also led the WEF Global Shapers Dubai Hub as Vice Curator and has launched several education / employment based projects as a result.
