A 10 minute TRICEPS WORKOUT on the beach that will help tone and tighten the back of your arms. Bye bye bingo wings! No you can't spot reduce fat, BUT you can sculpt the area underneath to create a gorgeous shape and lift. There are NO PUSHUPS in todays workout, so if they're not your jam, then you're in luck! I have 5 pound weights for this one, but you can use anything from 3-10lbs or more, depending on your strength level. So let's get toning! 💞 xox Mik
