AOVO PRO E-SCOOTER - Unboxing, Assembly, App and Test Ride

My Aovo Pro e-scooter arrived on 12 August 2020.

This video is a very quickly thrown together edit of unboxing, assembly, the app and my first test ride. Ordering this was a bit of a gamble. There are no YouTube videos in English on this scooter and I am pretty sure this is the first.

I am in Shropshire, UK and I ordered the scooter from AovoPro.com. I think they are based in Poland. There was a delay of a few days from the initial delivery date (due 2 August - arrived 12 August) and I got £10.00 refunded to my PayPal because of the delay meaning the total price was £289.99.

The Aovo Pro e-scooter has solid tyres (no inner tubes) and a 350w motor coupled with a 10.5A battery. I know many Xioami 365 owners change to solid tyres following punctures. This seemed like a good bet from the outset.

I am impressed with it from first impressions. This is my first e-scooter so I dont have anything to go on. However, it feels like getting around on it will be great fun.

There are a few UK suppliers but again, very little in the way of online content on the Aovo Pro in English.

I will do a review video in a few weeks after some longer-term use. I will be interested in the range in particular.
