Enbavanam seamlessly blends traditional Kerala architecture with a touch of modern contemporary design. The central courtyard serves as the heart of the house, symbolising unity and providing shared space.

The design, guided by a "Kerala Traditional" theme, incorporates elements of local architecture and nature. Meticulous spatial planning balances family interactions and individual privacy, with fenestrations and skylights strategically placed for natural ventilation and daylight.
The central courtyard, adorned with a swing and sitting areas, showcases symmetrically arranged subjects, a circular chandelier, and a skylight. The upper floor features bedrooms and utility spaces connected by passageways overlooking the courtyard. Light Italian marble highlights common areas, complementing the extensive use of polished teak wood, which adds warmth and heritage to the contemporary design.

The design successfully achieves a harmonious and functional living environment, emphasising functionality in each crafted element. The central courtyard not only acts as a visual separation between public and private spaces but also contributes to the overall aesthetic and functionality of the house.
