Red Beef Curry

Ingredients required for Beef Marinade
500g Beef Cubes
1 lime juice
1/2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp salt

Ingredients required for red masala paste
5-7 dried kashmiri chillies
5 cloves garlic
1/2” ginger piece
1/2” cinnamon stick
1 black cardamon
1/2 tsp peppercorns
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
5 cloves
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp sugar
2 tbsps vinegar
Sufficient water

Other ingredients required
1 onion (chopped)
2 potatoes (cut into cubes)
1 tomato (chopped)
2 green chillies (slit)
1 lime sized tamarind (soaked in warm water)
Cilantro for Garnish
salt to taste
water
oil
