Every hockey player wants more confidence.

Two things are essential for confidence to soar.

1. Belief 
2. Work

The "Belief" piece is directly connected to the "Work" piece, but rarely do we practice BELIEF!

Making our dreams come true requires a tremendous amount of work. 

Without the work, it simply won't happen. 

But it's not as simple as saying "you got to put in the work". 

Hockey players need to BELIEVE that the work they are doing will make a difference. 

The finish line needs to be crystal clear. 

And when a hockey player knows where the finish line is, the work required is understood.
