Recipe:
5 cups blackberry juice (steam extracted)
2.5 cups of sugar
1.25 cups water
1/2 packet of wine making yeast

Dissolve sugar into juice and let cool. Combine sweetened juice with yeast and water in primary fermentation bottle. Let ferment for 24-48 hours (depending on yeast activity) and transfer to smaller secondary fermentation bottle. Allow to ferment for 1-2 weeks or until desired flavor is achieved. Store cold for another 1-2 weeks, or pasteurize and bottle for shelf storage.
