The Hong Dian 231 is a fountain pen for those who appreciate art with a story. Such is the design on the pen. The art work is from Ting Qin Tu, and the poem on the barrel is, I believe, "Climbing Stork Tower" by Wang Zhihuan.
This fountain pen has some heft, but it also is nicely balanced in the hand.
