How To | Set the User Profile to a Different Drive or Partition in Windows (Clean Install)

1) Install Windows
2) Login into built-in Administrator account
3) Remove bloatware
4) Set default Start menu for all users
5) Run Sysprep
6) Install HDD
7) Make Registry modification to set new user profile location
8) Make new user account
9) Set new password for built-in Administrator account
10 Disable built-in Administrator account

*Commands*
C:\Windows\System32\Sysprep\sysprep.exe /unattend:C:\unattend.xml /shutdown
Net user /add User * (promts for password)
Net user administrator /active:no
