৫০০ গ্রাম ময়দা / 500g Flour
স্বাদমত নুন / Salt To Taste
২ চা চামচ চিনি গুঁড়ো / 2 tsp Powder Sugar
৪ চা চামচ দই / 4 tsp Curd
১/২ চা চামচ বেকিং সোডা / 1/2 tsp baking soda
১.৫ চা চামচ বেকিং পাউডার / 1.5 tsp baking powder
১ চা চামচ তেল / 1 Tsp Oil
জল / water
২ টি সেদ্ধ আলু / 2 ea boiled potato
১.৫ চা চামচ কালো নুন / 1.5 tsp Black Salt
স্বাদমত নুন / Salt To Taste
১ টি কুচানো পেঁয়াজ / 1 ea chopped onion
১ চা চামচ কুচানো আদা / 1 Tsp Chopped Ginger
১ চা চামচ কুচানো কাঁচা লঙ্কা / 1 tsp chopped Green Chili
কুঁচনো ধনেপাতা / Chopped Coriander Leaves
১ চা চামচ ভাজা জিরা গুঁড়ো / 1 tsp roasted cumin powder
