I Liq Chuan instructor - Daria Sergeeva, her highlights and process of training and competitions.

I Liq Chuan literately translate as Physical Mental Fist, with a concept of mind over matter. I Liq Chuan is often known as the Martial Arts of Awareness, as the teachings emphasizes on your own attention and getting to know your own body natural limits and abilities. As most human body mechanism works more or less the same, being aware of yourself is in essence knowing your opponent.

Dasha is an I Liq Chuan instructor level 3, currently studying directly under Alexander Skaloozub - I Liq Chuan head instructor of Russia as appointed by Master Sam F.S. Chin.
