Blend Door Actuator Replacement | Nissan Titan, Armada, Infinity QX56

The blend door actuator is a common failure point that causes an awful clicking noise under the dash on multiple vehicles including 2004-2009 Nissan Quest, 2004-2015 Nissan Titan, 2007-2015 Nissan Armada, and 2004-2010 Infiniti QX56. In this video, I demonstrate how to replace the AC/heater direction control actuator on my 2007 Nissan Titan SE. Your particular vehicle may be slightly different, depending on model/trim package.

Tools needed:
Flashlight (headlamp preferably)
1/4" Nut driver or ratchet
7mm (or 9/32") Socket
7mm (or 9/32”) wrench
5.5mm (or 7/32") Socket
Dremel or plastic welder/wood burner (if new part doesn't fit into existing bracket)

Estimated time to complete: 30-45 minutes.
