Описание к видео Gallien Krueger 250ML - Iron Maiden - stock combo speakers

Having heard that Maiden actually mic'd up the tiny 6.5" speakers on the combo to record Somewhere in Time, I wanted to give it a try myself. Actually didn't turn out half bad either. The amp is boosted with a Boss SD-1. It does have a low / high gain switch but low gain is just a bit too low and high is kinda flubby so boosting the low gain setting is the best option. Guitar is my Ghost Fret and the mics are a Sennheiser E609 and a Heil PR20 as shown in the pic.
