Razor Sharp Edgemaking System - Knife Sharpening

If you want the best ever finish for your knives then whetstones are going to take some beating. They do though require quite a bit of skill to master and get good results. It's also not a very fast process. I decided to go down the paper sharpening wheel route and find it produces excellent results in a very short time.
I've been using these for nearly 3 years to maintain my knives and those of friends and family and am nowhere near needing to 're-grit' the wheel. But I have the grit in the kit to do so numerous times if I ever do.

Just an advisory note, the edges you can achieve with these wheels are crazy sharp so when you have finished using them please don't just toss them in the washing up bowl like my friend Paul did, because his partner came along, put her hands in the dish water and badly cut her finger. When you have finished using your knife, wash it, dry it, then put it away. 😉
