'It's like 1930's Germany - London isn't London anymore' - The father of a newborn baby said seeing his daughter's birth certificate with 'Israel' scribbled out reminded him of 1930's Germany.

A newborn baby in London has had their birth certificate seemingly defaced, after her father's place of birth was scribbled out. 'Israel' was typed out onto the document but was sent to the parents with pen markings over the country.
