Machining Golf Ball Markers on the Tormach 24R and 1100MX!

Описание к видео Machining Golf Ball Markers on the Tormach 24R and 1100MX!

CNC machining brass golf ball markers on the Tormach 24R and Tormach 1100MX for a good cause! Creating a reliable production process starts with good workholding strategies. In this video, we use the superglue technique and a dual station soft jaw setup. Next, we choose tooling, Fusion 360 toolpaths, and speeds and feeds. After machining and paint filling the logo, we face both sides of the markers with a superfly cutter and finish with a corner rounder to smooth out the edges!
