Vlogmas: Deck The Chairs 2024 quick nighttime walk thru - Jax Beach, FL

Join me this rainy holiday evening at the 12th Annual Deck The Chairs light display and Christmas Tree in downtown Jacksonville Beach, Florida. Tonight's video is a fast paced walk-thru of each lifeguard chair. There are more than 50 decorated lifeguard chairs this year for 2024!

I also have a very detailed walking tour live stream (linked below), that takes place during the day, where we walk through each lifeguard chair and learn about each display and their associated sponsor. We learn some stories behind the displays, history, building materials, how they were made, and some fun facts as well.

This yearly tradition at the beach is held at the Seawalk Pavilion and is free and open to the public nightly, seven days a week throughout the holiday season. Deck The Chairs has the goal and mission of supporting and promoting children’s arts and arts education. Donations are accepted, and there is a concession stand where they sell food, drinks, and a yearly ornament souvenir, where each purchase helps support this lovely holiday event.
