Cloud, if as thou dost melt, and with thy train
Of drops make soft the Earth, my eyes could weep
O'er my hard heart, that's bound up and asleep;
Perhaps at last,
Some such showers past,
My God would give a sunshine after rain.

This piece is part of a concert of ours that takes choral works from a variety composers; from A to Z. Bach, Mozart, Handel and the more famous composers are not featured here, rather we performed music that isn't as commonly heard, but all the more beautiful.
