A new day in dubai with a breakfat at Table Otto in Dubai Mall with My friend Khhaled, the Americano comes inside a glass bottle to keep it warm, the dough is very good, and they have an award wining plate called “Gigot a la cuillere”.
Next, Brunch at Sucre, recommended by Michelin, complex and complete flavors, fine dining standards but casual.
Next, the opening of Minuseighteen, fresh and flavorful ice cream and delicious sweets.
For dinner we had a special visit to Mitsu-Ya, we had Japanese food with Chef Mitsu who came directly from Lebanon, perfect quality fish, pure flavors, the vegetables are crunchy and fresh. A special birthday surprise was waiting for me from the team of Mitsu-Ya.
