'Buchad' is awarded by Best Shortfilm award in National Community Media Film festival, Telangana 2021

Synopsis :
Increasing pollution, the vagaries of nature, the irregularity of rainfall are all getting darker now. When the cycle of the weather changes, The first victim is a farmer. Nature is changing due to deforestation, pollution, urbanization, industrialization, global warming and climate change. 'Buchad' is the story of a small land holder farmer who was struck by the vagaries of nature.

To date, many articles, Films & Shortfilms have been published on the subject of farmer suicides, but Buchad is a meaningful commentary on the new story of the crisis that befell the farmer due to the changing environment, the turmoil of his family in the face of that crisis and his bravery to feed the children and hunger for education The short film has been filmed.

वाढते प्रदूषण, निसर्गाचा लहरीपणा, पावसाची अनियमितता या सगळया गोष्टी आता आणखीनच गडद होत जात आहेत. हवामानाचे चक्र बदलत असताना हे चक्र सर्वात पहिले जर कुणाच्या मानगुटीवर फिरत असेल तर तो आहे शेतकरी. जंगलतोड, प्रदूषण, शहरीकरण, औद्योगिकीकरण, जागतिक तापमान वाढ आणि हवामान बदल या कारणांमुळे निसर्ग व्यवस्था बदलत चालली आहे. 'बुचाड' हा लघुचित्रपट निसर्गाच्या लहरीपणाचा फटका बसलेल्या एका अल्पभूधारक शेतकऱ्याची गोष्ट आहे.

आजवर शेतकरी आत्महत्या या विषयावर अनेक साहित्य प्रदर्शित झालंय पण बदलत्या वातावरणामुळे शेतकऱ्यावर आलेलं संकट, त्या संकटाला तोंड देता देता त्याच्या संसाराची झालेली फरफट आणि लेकरांच्या पोटाची व शिक्षणाची भूक भागवण्यासाठी त्याने केलेले धाडस आणि त्या धाडासातून उद्भवलेला अपघात या नविन कथानकावर अर्थपूर्ण भाष्य करणारा 'बुचाड' हा लघुचित्रपट चित्रित करण्यात आला आहे.
